Our Speciality

Our crop is grown on hill slopes at elevations from 600 to 1,600 metres above sea level. Northern and eastern aspects of slopes are preferred as they are less exposed to strong afternoon sun and the south- west monsoon winds. Well drained, rich friable loams containing good deal of humus and minerals like iron and calcium are ideal for coffee cultivation.

We are renowned for its unique shade-grown coffee. The two commercially important species of coffee, Arabica and Robusta, are grown under heavy shade that is believed to contribute to the flavor profile of the coffee to the coffee, along with other influences such as the monsoons, spices that grow around coffee, and the various fauna that thrive alongside it.

We excell at every stage of the supply chain. And that means mostly coffee beans from the ripest of cherries will make it into the final product. We mainly focus on Selective picking. We consider quality as well as productivity, each field is harvested several times so there is no need to pick up anything but perfect cherry ensuring best for our customers

When it comes to speciality coffee, we dive into extra care where each bean is inspected ensuring better coffe reaching our customers.

Sundried coffee as the name suggests involves drying of beans with the heat and energy of the sun. Sun dried coffee interacts with the energy from the rays and undergoes changes in the chemical composition of the cherry. This leaves a unique taste and flavor in the coffee which is what makes sun-dried coffee interesting and curious.

We ensure the quality of bean from transportation till storage by packing green beans in multilayered hermetic ecotact bags in where factors of humidity, temperature, time, light levels, and other ambient conditions play a dynamic role in either preserving or altering the original taste of a particular coffee.

The foundation of our responsible sourcing model is our network of long-term, direct partnerships with coffee farmers and producers . Our small team  travel to different places  to cultivate and maintain these important relationships. Our aim is to create a positive impact in the entire supply chain.
